Ivy-leaved toadflax – Cymbalaria muralis
Mallow – Malva sylvestris
Bladder campion – Silene vulgaris
Common sow-thistle – Sonchus oleraceus
Lamb’s quarters – Chenopodium album
Wild thyme – Thymus serpyllum
Wild fennel – Foeniculum vulgare
Wash them well!
Add lemon, salt, olive oil and your choice of nuts.
